$3 x^{2} + 11 x + 10 = 0$
$⟹ 3 x^{2} + 6 x + 5 x + 10 = 0$
$⟹ 3 x (x + 2) + 5 (x + 2) = 0$
$⟹ (3 x + 5) (x + 2) = 0$
$⟹ x = - \frac{5}{3}, - 2$
