Given $3 x^{2} - 12 x = 0$
$\Rightarrow 3 x (x - 4) = 0$

$\Rightarrow x = 0$ and $x = 4$

Comparing with $a + i b$ ,
Clearly here $B = 0$

Whereas, in set S it is given that $b \neq 0$
Thus, number of element in $S$ is $0$ .
