$9x+12y=75$

$10x-12y=-18$

Now, by adding both the equation we get,

$19x=57$

$x=3$

Substitute $x=3$ in equation (1) we get,

$3\times 3+4y=25$

$\Rightarrow y=\frac{16}{4}=4$
