$3 x + 5 y = 15$

$⟹ 5 y = 15 - 3 x$

$⟹ y = 3 - \frac{3}{5} x$

If $x = 5$ then $y = 3 - 3 = 0$

If $x = 10$ then $y = 3 - 6 = - 3$
If $x = - 5$ then $y = 3 + 3 = 6$
If $x = - 10$ then $y = 3 + 6 = 9$
The required solutions are, $(5, 0), (10, - 3), (- 5, 6), (- 10, 9) . . . . . . . .$
