$4 x^{2} - 9 y^{2} = 0$
$\Rightarrow (2 x)^{2} - (3 y)^{2} = 0$
$\Rightarrow (2 x + 3 y) (2 x - 3 y) = 0$ $a^{2} - b^{2} = (a + b) (a - b)$
$\Rightarrow (2 x + 3 y) = 0$ or $(2 x - 3 y) = 0$
$\Rightarrow x = \frac{- 3 y}{2} o r x = \frac{3 y}{2}$
