Finding the solution of algebraic equation
The given equation is $8 x + 6 + 2 x - 4 = 4 x + 8$
$\Rightarrow 10 x + 2 = 4 x + 8$
Transposing $4 x$ to LHS and $2$ to RHS, we get
$\Rightarrow 10 x - 4 x = 8 - 2 \Rightarrow 6 x = 6 \Rightarrow x = \frac{6}{6} \Rightarrow x = 1$
Hence, $x = 1$ is the solution of given equation
