Open in App
Solution

15(x2)=14(1y)
4(x2)=5(1y)
4x8=55y
4x+5y13=0.....(1)
26x+3y+4=0......(2)
Multiplying (1) by (3) and (2) by 5 we get
12x+15y39=0......(3)
130x+15y+20=0......(4)
Subtracting (3) from (4) , we get
(130x+15y+20)(12x+15y39)=0
118x+59=0
x=59118=12
putting x=12 in (1)
4×12+5y=13
5y2=13
5y=15
y=3
So, x=12 , y=3
