$\Rightarrow \frac{8-6x+8x-13}{30-2x+20+x}=\frac{5}{7}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{2x-5}{50-x}=\frac{5}{7}$

$\Rightarrow 14x-35=250-5x$

$\Rightarrow 14x+5x=250+35$

$\Rightarrow 19x=285$

$\Rightarrow x=15$
