We have,
$\frac{9^{3} \times a^{5} \times b^{2}}{3^{6} \times a^{3} \times b}$
$= \frac{9^{3} \times a^{2} \times b}{3^{6}}$
$= \frac{(3 \times 3)^{3} \times a^{2} \times b}{3^{6}}$
$= \frac{(3^{2})^{3} \times a^{2} \times b}{3^{6}}$
$= \frac{3^{3} \times a^{2} \times b}{3^{6}}$
$= a^{2} b$
