Given,

$4 (y - 6) - 2 (2 y + 5) = \frac{3}{5} - y$

$\Rightarrow 4 y - 24 - 4 y - 10 = \frac{3}{5} - y$

$\Rightarrow y = \frac{3}{5} + 34$

$y = \frac{3 + 170}{5}$

$y = \frac{173}{5}$
