Given that,
4x+3y=12 ___(i)
x3y=9 _____(ii)

From equation (ii),
x=3y+9 _____(iii)

Pluging this value in equation (i)
4(3y+9)+3y=12
12y+36+3y=12
15y=24
y=85

Pluging the value of y in equation (iii):
x=3y+9
x=245+9
x=245+9
x=215

The solution is (215,85).
