$\frac{x + 7}{3}$ $=$ $1$ $+$ $\frac{3 x - 2}{5}$
$M u l t i p l y i n g$ $b o t h$ $s i d e s$ $b y$ $15,$
$5 x + 35 = 15 + 9 x - 6$
$5 x + 35 = 9 x + 9$
$4 x = 26$
$x = 6.5$
