By cross multiplication,

$9 x = 105 - 90 x \Rightarrow 9 x + 90 x = 105 \Rightarrow 99 x = 105 \Rightarrow x = \frac{105}{99} = \frac{35}{33} ∴ x = \frac{35}{33}$
