$4 x + 3 y = 7$
$x + y = 0 \Rightarrow x = - y$
Substitute $x = - y$ in $4 x + 3 y = 7$ we get
$4 \times - y + 3 y = 7$
$\Rightarrow - 4 y + 3 y = 7$
$∴ y = - 7$
$\Rightarrow x = - y = - (- 7) = 7$
$∴ x = 7, y = - 7$
