Consider the given equation.

$\frac{3}{x + y} + \frac{2}{x - y} = 3$

$\frac{3 x - 3 y + 2 x + 2 y}{(x + y) (x - y)} = 3$

$\frac{5 x - y}{x^{2} - y^{2}} = 3$

$5 x - y = 3 x^{2} - 3 y^{2}$

$3 x^{2} - 3 y^{2} - 5 x + y = 0$

Hence, this is the answer.
