$\Rightarrow \frac{2\sin 3\theta \sin 2\theta }{\cos 3\theta \cos 2\theta }=\frac{{\cos }^{2}2\theta -{\sin }^{2}2\theta }{{\cos }^{2}2\theta }$

$\Rightarrow \tan 3\theta =\frac{\cos 4\theta }{2\sin 2\theta \cos 2\theta }$

$\Rightarrow \tan 3\theta =\cot 4\theta$

$\Rightarrow \tan 3\theta =\tan (\frac{\pm \pi }{2}-4\theta )$

$\Rightarrow 3\theta =\frac{\pm \pi }{2}-4\theta$

$\Rightarrow 7\theta =\frac{\pm \pi }{2}$
