$2 \times 11 x + 15 y + 23 = 0 ⟹ 22 x + 30 y + 46 = 0$
$15 \times 7 x - 2 y - 20 = 0 ⟹ 105 x - 30 y - 300 = 0$
adding both $127 x - 254 = 0 ⟹ x = 2$
$y = - 3$
