Solve the equation by square method
${9 x}^{2} - 3 x - 2 = 0$

Given,

$9 x^{2} - 3 x - 2 = 0$

$9 x^{2} + 3 x - 6 x - 2 = 0$

$3 x (3 x + 1) - 2 (3 x + 1) = 0$

$(3 x + 1) (3 x - 2) = 0$

$∴ x = - \frac{1}{3}, \frac{2}{3}$
