The correct option is D $2$
Let $3 h - j = 7 . . . (1)$
and $2 h + 3 j = 1 . . . (2)$
Multiply equation $(1)$ by $3$ , we get
$9 h - 3 j = 21$ ... $(3)$
Add equation $(2)$ and $(3)$ , we get
$11 h = 22$
$∴ h = 2$
