The correct option is C (0, 4)
2x+3y=12 ----- (1)
4x+2y=8 ----- (2)
Multiply equation (1) by 4 and then subtract the equation (3) and (4)
4x+12y=48 ----- (3)
4x+2y=8 ----- (4)

y=4010=4
Put the value of y in equation (1), we get
2x+3y=12
2x+3(4)=12
2x=1212
