The correct option is B (3,1)
x+y=2 ----- (1)
2xy=7 ----- (2)
___________________
3x=9
x=93=3
Put the value of x in equation (1), we get
x+y=2
3+y=2
y=23
y=1
Therefore the solution is (3,1)
