Given equation is $6 (3 x + 2) - 5 (6 x - 1) = 3 (x - 8) - 5 (7 x - 6) + 9 x$

$\Rightarrow 18 x + 12 - 30 x + 5 = 3 x - 24 - 35 x + 30 + 9 x$

$\Rightarrow - 12 x + 17 = - 23 x + 6$

$\Rightarrow 23 x - 12 x = 6 - 17$

$\Rightarrow 11 x = - 11$
$\Rightarrow x = - 1$

Hence, $x = - 1$ is the solution of the given equation.
