The correct option is C $1$
Given, $3 x - 4 (3 x - 2) = - x$
$\Rightarrow 3 x - 12 x + 8 = - x$ ...[By Distribution Law]
$\Rightarrow - 9 x + 8 = - x$ .

Transposing $x$ terms to one side, we get,
$\Rightarrow - 9 x + x = - 8$
$\Rightarrow - 8 x = - 8$
$\Rightarrow x = 1$ .
