The correct option is A x=2, y=1 and z=-1
We have
x-y=1........(1)
y+z=0........(2)
x-z=3..........(3)

Adding equations (1) and (2), we get

x+z=1........(4)

Adding equations (4) and (3), we get

2x=4

x= 2

Putting x=2 in the equation (1), we get

2-y = 1
y= 1

Putting x=2 in the equation (4), we get
2+z=1

z= -1

Thus, we have x=2, y=1 and z=-1
