The correct option is C $(- 3, 2)$
$x = - y - 1$
$∴ y = - x - 1$

x -3 -1 0 1
y 2 0 -1 -2
$2 y = 1 - x$
$∴ y = \frac{1 - x}{2}$

x -3 -1 1 3
y 2 1 0 -1
Both the line in the graph is intersect at point (-3,2).Hence the solution of the given equation is x=-3 y=2
