a) We have, 1369

$\therefore \sqrt{1369}=37$

b) We have, 5625
$\begin{array}{cc}& 75\\ 7& \overline{56}\overline{25}\\ & 49\\ 145& 725\\ & 725\\ & 0\end{array}$
$\therefore \sqrt{5625}=75$
