Solve the following simultaneous equations: 13x14y+1=0;15x+12y=415.

Given:
13x14y+1=0;15x+12y=415
Assuming,
1x=X,1y=Y, we get
from the first equation
X3Y4+1=0
4X3Y+12=0 ...(1)
from the second equation
X5+Y2=415
multiply by 30 on both sides we get
6X+15Y=8 ...(2)
Now, Multiplying (1) by 5 and then add (2) to it, we get
26X+52=0
X=2
1x=2x=12
Y=43
1y=43y=34
