(v) 2 x + y = 6 ; $\frac{4-3x}{4}=y$

Table for the equation $\frac{4-3x}{4}=y$ or 4 $-$ 3x = 4y:

The graph of these two equations are drawn as follows.:



The graph of the equations 2x + y = 6 and $\frac{4-3x}{4}=y$ intersect each other at (4, $-$2).
∴ x = 4 and y = $-$2
