Equation (1) ×2 : $\frac{4}{\sqrt{x}}+\frac{6}{\sqrt{y}}=4$

Equation (2) : $\frac{4}{\sqrt{x}}-\frac{9}{\sqrt{y}}=-1$

Subtract two equations ;

$\Rightarrow \frac{15}{\sqrt{y}}=5$

$\Rightarrow y=9$

Substituting 'y' in above equations, we get ;

$\Rightarrow x=4$
