$\frac{3y+12+y}{y+4-1}-\frac{4}{2y}=2(\because x=y+4)$

$\frac{4(y+3)}{y+3}-\frac{2}{y}=2$

$4-\frac{2}{y}=2$

$y=1$

$x=y+4=5$

$x=5,y=1$ is solution of given equations.
