On cross multiplying the given equation, we get
(6x2+13x4)(4x+3)=(12x2+5x2)(2x+5)
24x3+52x216x+18x2+39x12=24x3+10x24x+60x2+25x10
24x3+70x2+23x12=24x3+70x2+21x10
Transposing all the terms with x and powers of x to one side and constants ot the other side,we get
24x3+70x2+23x24x370x221x=10+12
2x=2
x=1
