Multiply equation $\left(i\right)$ by $100$ we get

$20t^2-4t=3$

$⟹20t^2-4t-3=0$

$⟹20t^2-10t+6t-3=0$

$⟹10t(2t-1)+3(2t-1)=0$

$⟹(10t+3)(2t-1)=0$

$⟹10t+3=0$ or $2t-1=0$

$⟹t=-\frac{3}{10},\frac{1}{2}$
