Solve the given quadratic equation by using the quadratic formula, 15m211m+2=0

The given quadratic equation 15m211m+2=0 is in the form ax2+bx+c=0 where, a=15, b=11 and c=2.
We know that according to the quadratic formula, the roots of quadratic equation are given by:
x=b±b24ac2a,
Substituting a=15,b=11 and c=2 in above formula:

x=(11)±(11)2(4×15×2)2×15
=11±12112030

=11±130

=11±130

x=11+130=1230=615=25

x=11130=1030=13
Hence, x=25 or x=13.
