The correct option is A $1$
Given, $\frac{2 x + 1}{3 x - 1} = \frac{3}{2}$
On cross multiplying, we get
$2 (2 x + 1) = 3 (3 x - 1)$
$\Rightarrow 4 x + 2 = 9 x - 3$
$\Rightarrow 2 + 3 = 9 x - 4 x$
$\Rightarrow 5 x = 5$
$\Rightarrow x = 1$
