1. Causes of the uprising. Maybe the uprisings are being caused because there is a drought but taxes have not been reduced.
2. Advise the emperor to reduce taxes during the time of drought.
3. Also advise the emperor to reduce religious tensions in the suba. This may be done by eliminating the jiziya tax on non Muslims.
4. Advise the emperor to increase spending on building infrastructure in the suba by building more roads and irrigation facilities.
