Question

Solve:
x dy+y dx+x dx+y dyx2+y2=0

Open in App
Solution

Given the differential equation
xdy+ydx+xdx+ydyx2+y2=0
on, d(xy)+12d(x2+y2)x2+y2=0
Now integrating we have,
xy+12(x2+y2)=c [Where e is integrating constant ]
on, 2xy+(x2+y2)=2c
on, (x+y)2=2x.
