The correct option is A True
$\Rightarrow$ $25 x (x + 1) = - 4$
$\Rightarrow$ $25 x^{2} + 25 x = - 4$
$\Rightarrow$ $25 x^{2} + 25 x + 4 = 0$
$\Rightarrow$ $25 x^{2} + 20 x + 5 x + 4 = 0$
$\Rightarrow$ $5 x (5 x + 4) + 1 (5 x + 4) = 0$
$\Rightarrow$ $(5 x + 4) (5 x + 1) = 0$
$\Rightarrow$ $5 x + 4 = 0$ and $5 x + 1 = 0$
$\Rightarrow$ $x = - \frac{4}{5}$ and $x = - \frac{1}{5}$
