Liquids exert pressure in every direction based on the kinetic energy of their molecules. In case of mustard oil, the pressure exerted will not be much due to low kinetic energy of its molecules. But if we consider the example of soft drinks after they are shaked, the molecules exert so much pressure that the liquid gushes out of the container.
