some substances cannot exist in gaseous state,others cannot exist in the liquid state while some cannot exist in both states?give example

The above such situation never exist. Any substance is capable of forming any phase under the right combination of temperature and pressure. All three states of matter are interconvertable by changing the pressure and temperature. Exception is Helium which will never exist with solid state.
