Solution

Wool, which is a poor conductor of electricity, is used to make sweaters. When we wear the sweater, the wool comes into contact with our bodies, causing friction as the body rubs against the wool.
As a result of the rubbing, the wool becomes charged, and electric discharge sometimes takes place while removing the sweater during the winter, and we hear a crackling sound.
