The correct option is B 2 cm
Since AD is the line of symmetry, the part of the figure to the right of this line is same as the part of the figure to the left of it.
Therefore, AB = AE = 5 cm and CA = FA = 7 cm
EF = FA - AE
EF = 7- 5 = 2 cm
Since AD is the line of symmetry, the part of the figure to the right of this line is same as the part of the figure to the left of it.
Therefore, AB = AE = 5 cm and CA = FA = 7 cm
EF = FA - AE
EF = 7- 5 = 2 cm
