₹ 109


1 apple = ₹ 12
So, 6 apples =12×6=72

1 orange = ₹3
Now, 4 oranges =3×4=12

1 kg grapes = ₹32
Then, 12 kg grapes =32×12=16

1 dozen banana = ₹18
We know that, 6 bananas =12 dozen
Thus, 6 bananas =18×12=9

Grand total =72+12+16+9=109

The final amount Sonali has to pay is ₹109.
