In Full Moon day, moon appears like a complete circle, then gradually it's size decreases(which is called waning phase) and after 15 days, the moon completely becomes dark. This phase is called New Moon. After that it's size increases( which is called waxing phase) and again after 15 days whole part of the moon are illuminated and 2nd Full Moon appears.
