For wave propagation, we have the formula for velocity as :

v=n ×λ

This for first medium,

v1=n×λ1

and for second medium,

v1=n×λ1

Ratio will be,

v1v2=λ1λ2

λ2=λ1×v2v1

Substituting the values,

λ2=λ1×3500350

λ2=10×λ1

Thus, increases by factor 10 times.
