Q7. Under what conditions does a substance not show any change in its temperature even when it is being heated?

Dear Student

Temperature remains constant during the change of state or Phase change because heat energy is used in the breaking of bonds which lead to change of state and since the heat energy is not being used for increasing the kinetic energy of the particles, therefore the temperature does not change.
