Solution

The correct option is D Foramen magnum
Obturator foramen is a large opening made by joining of pubis and ischium. It serves as a passage for blood vessels and nerves of legs. The condylar canal is a variable/occasional opening in condylar fossa and serves to transmit the emissary's veins. The sphenopalatine foramen is formed by the junction of sphenoid and palatine bone and serves to transmit sphenopalatine vessels and posterior superior nasal nerves. The foramen magnum is the large oval hole at the base of the skull that allows the spinal cord to pass through and to join with the brain.
