The correct option is B Step 2
4500 in expanded form will be:
4500 = 4000 + 500

Writing both the steps in detail,
Step 1: 4000 ÷ 15
Quotient is 266 and remainder is 10.

Step 2: 500÷ 15
Quotient is 33 and remainder is 5.

Clearly, there is a mistake in Step 2.
The second term should be:
500 + 10 = 510
This will be divided by 15.

Upon division, 510÷15=34 where partial quotient =34 and remainder =0.

So, the correct solution will be:
