Isthmus
Isthmus is the part of the female reproductive system. The Fallopian tube (oviduct) in the female reproductive system shows four regions, i.e., Fimbrae, Infundibulum, ampulla and isthmus. Isthmus has a narrow lumen and it joins to the uterus. It is the line that demacrates the body of the uterus from the fallopian tube.
