The correct option is D 275cm2
Given, AB=5cm, AC=10cm
From right angled ΔABC,
BC2=AB2+AC2
=52+102=125
BC=125=55cm
Hence, total area of bounded region = Area of sq. AD+ Area of sq. AE+ Area of sq. CF+ Area of ΔABC
=(5)2+(10)2+(55)2+12×5×10
=25+100+125+25=275cm2
