Stability order for CCl​​​​4 ​​​​>SiCl4 >GeCl4 >SnCl4 >PbCl4 bt we know that carbon have no vacant d-orbital than how it form bond with 4Chlorine stom and bocomes most stable ?

It is Due to the phenomena of 'Inert pair effect' .

In p-block of periodic table ,

the elements at bottom like Sn,Pb have +4 state less stable than +2 state.

because bond energy released after bond formation is less than required to unpair these electrons,i.e those 2 electrons.That is +2 more stable than +4 for pb and Sn.

So, PbCl4 and SnCl4 are less stable than CCl4 .
